Hi. I'm Julie. Get to Know Me for Me.

I have a calling and purpose to guide others in the health and wellness world, and here's why....

For years, I had very low self worth, negative habits and mindsets, and poor time management skills. I was constantly falling into toxic relationships and practicing unhealthy patterns with my mental, physical, spiritual, and nutritional health.

Everything with my old self changed when I discovered the sport of body building. I discovered this sport in my late 20s, and this sport required a serious change and transformation to my old habits, routines, and relationships. It took shedding of my old self, and embracing and learning to accept my new self.

After this transformation to a healthier and happier version of myself, I knew I was being called to guide others and align others to their happiest and healthiest selves. I encourage others to do this through intentional, and life-giving health and wellness habits.

Even when I couldn't clearly see this calling to coach others in the health and wellness world, I've been divinely guided to this calling. My undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and Masters Degree in Kinesiology and Rehab Sciences gave me deep knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, injury prevention, psychology, and exercise science. Being in the field of athletic training had me burnt out, and wondering if I had wasted all my time, money, and energy in the wrong schooling.

But now? I thank the Holy Spirit for the path it blessed me with. My schooling didn't just shape my career, it anchored my calling. My experience and schooling has equipped me to walk alongside others as a wellness coach, athletic trainer, personal trainer, and friend. I feel strong and confident in helping others create lifelong habits that support a strong mind, body, and spirit.

Body building may have been my turning point in my life to discover what a balanced body look and feels like. It caused me to face harmful patterns, negative thoughts, and limiting beliefs and traumas that ruled my life. I was used to living a life of victimhood, but now I strive to live a perfectly imperfect life aligned with my healthiest and happiest self. Now that I have found research backed habits and routines that have helped me feel like my best self, I feel called to share these habits and routines with others through my coaching services, blogs, and social media platforms.
