What is wellness coaching?
I specialize in wellness coaching to connect individuals with their healthiest self mind, body, and spirit. Wellness coaches focus on helping others reach their wellness goals through daily lifestyle changes. We don't just specialize in personal training, or nutrition alone. We focus on all the areas that contribute to your overall wellbeing- this includes your spiritual health, mental health, emotional health, sleep, diet, exercise, and movement.

What to Expect with my Coaching Services:

One on One Coaching: Individualized coaching approach with your health and wellness goals

Realistic Goal Setting: I will coach you to your goal as long as it's realistic, and will not detrimentally affect your health down the road. I do not believe in fad diets, or extreme restriction, and instant gratification. I believe in habit change that will make meaningful and impactful change for the long term. Long term results sometimes take time, and short term discomfort.

Clear Communication: As your coach, I will clearly communicate the results you will achieve based off your current commitments and priorities.

Equal Effort by Both Parties: I'm willing to give my all, but in order to see results you have to be willing to give your all.

Expectation of Vulnerability: I will be vulnerable with my story and struggles so that you know I can relate to the hardships of improving your overall mind, body, and spirit. I expect you to be just as vulnerable. I will not be able to coach someone not willing to share their mistakes, hardships, and challenging moments. It is about getting 1% better, not being perfect. Focus on the journey not the outcome.
